I found it on the DHL website but as I suspected they don't list phone numbers. These couriers do not want customers calling individual branches. They want you to call the customer service number. The number for Mexico is: +52 (55) 5345 7000

Horario L-V: 9:00 - 19:00

Horario S: 9:00 - 13:00
