Can I make a holographic will in Mx. for my property here in English?

I know the rules for a holographic will in Mx, pretty close to Calif.

I want to make one very simple but in English. I'll then register it, etc.

Any problem that anyone knows?

Bad move, many restrictions and requirements, too easy to make a mistake, dual column English / Spanish wills registered with a notary are $3,500 pesos (price went up this year due to notarial tax going up 300%).
