Just Chillin closed during their hotel tours?

A friend of mine rode by Just Chillin and they were closed with a sign on the door about a tour. Are they closing each time they run their hotel tours?

They are closed a couple of days this week (Thurs/Fri) due to Semana Santa. They will reopen on Monday.
