Source of ground sirloin

I like to make a humoungus meatloaf for sandwich makings. I like to keep it lean, so less than 20% fat. Sometimes I've bought a sirloin roast and had the butcher grind it, but that can get complicated. So, what's your favorite source in the Ajijic, SAT area?

I've tried theirs. The packaged kind is bright red on the outside and gray in the middle. Sometimes, the sell-by date is changed. Hoping for another source.

We have bought ground beef from Mr. Bull. It is quite red. I don't know if it was sirloin but it was good. You could ask them to grind you some sirloin.
