Chapala-Guadalajara highway Empty Chapala-Guadalajara highway

I read an article in the Guad Reporter that they are going to be doing a major overall of the Chapala-Guadalajara highway starting in February. This is long overdue. Hopefully they will include an on ramp to the new macrolibremiento on the northbound side to head west.
