The U.S. Consulate advises they will be lakeside EVERY SECOND WEDNESDAY except December which is to be determined as that is a Mexican holiday.

May 9
June 13
July 11
August 8
September 12
October 10
November 14

NOTA BUENA: This includes February. So they will be here the 14th. and NOT the 20th as previously announced.
