Ordering auto parts from Orma

Does the Orma Autopartes store in Riberas take special orders? I need a part for my Volkswagen Crossfox but they said they could not help me. My Spanish is weak and I wonder if maybe they misunderstood what I was looking for.

I'm sure they order in items. Sounds like you need to take a translator with you or pop over to the Ironhorse Bar next door and give the waiter $20 pesos to come and translate your question and their answer.

use the Google translator on your android (if you have). Works great.

I find customer service much better at Auto Zone than Orma…...just saying.
Probably depends on what part you need.

Mercado Libre is great, but it's not an auction site.
