Uruguay.....3 wins......no goals scored against them.

Still my dark horse pick against the giants.

Well....David just slew Goliath in the battle of the "B" counties.
Other than France winning it all, this could be a very unusual year for the World Cup.

I have hardly ever seen two teams play their hearts out more than that game.  It was a close to a life or death struggle as I have ever seen in futbol.

Wait until Tuesday until Belgium plays against France. The French tend to look down at the Belgians

So England - Croatia game is on Wed... Trump arrives Thursday - will they celebrate or protest?? Too many pints Wed night won't make for a good protest thurs... especially if they are licking their wounds from a trouncing by Croatia! T off to Scotland golf for w/e - so little time in Londonistan!

In 1865, at the end of the French/Mexican War and occupation, there was a POW exchange in Acuitzio del Canje, Mich. Uno por uno, French soldiers for Mexicans, but when it came to the Belgians, the Mexicans sent two Belgian soldiers down the street for each Mexican. Thus arrived the consensus axiom in Mexico that one Frenchman is worth two Belgians.

That was war Rony, futbol may be different. Very Happy

Well France scored 100% more goals than Belgium, so maybe the Mexican axiom isn't that far off. lol!

Just kidding, my friend, you Belgians have forgotten more about chocolate than any Frenchman will ever know.  Si, verdad?
