Looks like a Muscovy duck to me. I can't really see the top of its bill. Muscovy bills are sort of warty-looking. But yes, as Trailrunner said - if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, but doesn't quack like a duck, it's a Muscovy.

From Dr´s and hospitals that are quacks to ducks that are not quacks.
I would think that ducks that can´t quack properly are quacks
