Seamstress for alterations

I need a number of hems altered. Normally, I'd take them to the seamstress on 16 de Septiembre, but she has some health problems interfering with taking on work. I've taken work to Rosie on Ocampo in the past, but my own physical limitations don't allow climbing that step to enter her shop. Any other recommendations would be much appreciated. (I'd prefer close to Ajijic.)

I like Fiaga but I don’t remember if the entrance is difficult or not. Near Lois’ store. They have done really good alterations for me.

Maybe Rosie would come to you? Send someone to ask her and explain the situation.

I need a little more information here, por favor.  I don't know where it is, or about Lois' store.

I can manage normal stairs, but Rosie's is beyond me. I often wonder how she does it!
