I love Costco! Meat quality is good and wine selection excellent... Costco is one of the world's biggest wine buyers which means better prices... While not a big fan of Wally World we do shop there... I am not a shopping aficionado and I like the in and out convenience... We do go to Super Lake for an occasional item and definitely to Panchos... but the bulk of our shopping is with Costco... It helps to have an extra freezer and a large pantry, however...

Whatever side of the argument you are on about shopping at big chain stores or "mom and pop" locally, we all have to admit that Costco has raised the level of quality and service to the retailing scene in Mexico which others will strive to emulate.
That in and of itself has been a big plus for Mexico, a view shared by most Mexicans as well as the foreign population.
The pluses for Costco being here add up far greater than the minuses.

And,, we have a Canadian membership, so there's n additional cost.

Mexican Membership is cheaper and it's good in Canada and US

My Costco Membership gets llots of use... Usually once a month
The Costco On-Line Doubles the Selections of Items Available...
I had Costco Deliver two boxes of Keurig Coffee Cups last month :)

Meat is expensive... selections at Sam's and Mega are better

When we do our monthly trip... we usually do all three Sam's, Costco, and Mega

And, yes, we do most of our day to day... produce in Jocotepec

Does Costco Mx offer a cash back credit card like I have in Canada. Just asking. I realize that Costco prices here are cheaper if you pay cash. I could be wrong. Love that little Costco Cheque I get every spring. Play dough.

We have zero use for Costco. It all depends on your lifestyle.
