I bought a rear view camera setup, where the monitor fits on the rear view mirror and the camera on the license plate frame.

The problem is that I can't figure out how to connect it. I figure I need a mechanic that knows electric wiring.

The BIG PROBLEM: Instructions in English only. I haven't tried OCR to turn it into Spanish.

Anyone know a good electrical guy who reads English?

A good electrical guy probably won't even need to read the instructions.
I remember when we imported a propane fire log set in San Miguel and all the instructions were in English. We poured over the instructions and translated them as best we could (no internet). The installer never even looked at the instructions and had it up and running in a half an hour.
