Friend looking for transportation from bus station to other locations using Uber. Is it readily available.

Yes, they are everywhere in Guadalajara. Never had a problem. Always picked up within minutes.

If your friend installs the Uber app, they will be able to see all of the Uber cars driving around the city in resl time.
