You must have tried to enter the large estate behind us, we are not behind gates. The house is on Pescadores street which is the last street in Riberas Del Pilar. Take the street behind Panchos deli going towards Chapala, it will dead end at Pescadores.

Update:

Real estate agent told me to list it for 229,000 after seeing the house. Still available direct sale but not for much longer. Direct sale price no longer 189,000 as listed above however in case anyone reads this ad.

I'm also considering renting it out.
