Hotel Perico Empty Hotel Perico

I've been checking on prices for a room for two at the Hotel Perico for summer.  Prices are all over the place.  Site says $22 but Trip Advisor says $48.  Anyone know for sure...by the day and by the week?  Thanks. Beer

Someone mentioned on another board that if you go through a web site the price is higher because the hotel has to kick back a fee to the web site. Preferable to go directly to hotel.

Call Tom at the Perico and ask? And yes it's always more when you book through a website versus direct. Same thing at our place.
