Over the years I have bought a few frozen ones at Walmart. They were very good.

Yes, that´s her.  She and her husband George live over on the the highway to Ocotlán.  I always see her at the Mon. market because I don´t go to the Tues. one.
She is usually right at the top or the bottom of the steps that go from one level to the next in the Sunrise restaurant. She probably does go to the Tues market, but I never asked her.

Soriana has racks of lamb in frozen meat section on back wall.  They come 2 to a pack.  Have had good luck with them.

I too have had the racks of lamb from Soriana and they are very good. Also boneless leg of lamb from Costco is very good. Always buy two and put one in the freezer for back up.
