Smoker wood chips

Anyone seen smoker wood chips for sale anywhere around here. Amazon doesn't have a good selection. Only reply if you have seen them please. I'm trying to avoid the lakeside tour.....lol.

All I have seen are small bags of mesquite chips. I use them in my BBQ to smoke salmon. They are in the BBQ section at Walmart. One bag per smoke of a large salmon filet; certainly not 4 to 12 hours of meat.

We ordered some in from Mercado Libre. It was a 4 bag set of apple, cherry, peach and mesquite.

I'm smoking 2 salmon fillets and a pork loin.

Looks fantastic. What's the base for burning the chips? (Those are, by the way, the chips I buy, both at WalMart and Soriana, but I thought you might have been talking about a "real" smoker that requires much bigger chunks.)

Chips are soaked in water for 30 minutes.

Electric burner. Once the chips ignite you unplug it. The fridge holds the temp for a long time since it is insulated. I smoke between 125f and 150f.
