Documents for selling a car

I know you need the original title but what other documents does the seller need when transferring ownership?

For a Mexican plated vehicle you must have the original factura from when the car was originally bought from a dealership.

Yes, I am aware of that but do I also need copies of my passport, visa, proof of residence, etc like the buyer has to supply?
