Brew House

I talked to German the Brewer at Corazon De Malta he said the Brew House will open the first week in October! I'm ready now!!!

I didn't even realize it was closed. Why didn't they open sooner?

Good to know, thanks! Been wanting to visit since moving here.

Are there any other craft breweries nearby worth visiting? Anyone been to Minerva in GDL? I like their beer and looks online like they are still open in the tasting room.

I have friends who ate there last week....

The problem with Cerveza Minerva is that it is in Guad! Before the Brew Pub opened, we went there often. Always drank to much beer, as if there is such a thing. Also take a designated driver! We took turns, but I was never that unlucky person, since we always took my car and I paid for the gas!

I don't think your friends at at this Brew House - Corazon De Malta in west Ajijic. We just drove by the front of the brewery Monday and it is definitely not open yet. Hope October is still on track.

Facebook page says they are back in October.

Weren´t they replying to your question about Minerva in GDL???

I spoke with a person there today, Saturday 9/26, and he told me they will open on Thursday, Oct. 1st....they will now be open on Sundays, only closing on Mondays.

Great. They have good pub food.

... agreed but hard to social distance. Are 'any' restaurants moving 'outside' to any extent? I know that the Pub did have maybe 2 tables out on the sidewalk but why not just take up more room on the cobblestone street AKA parking space?
