Is anyone else in Riberas having trouble with low cisterns this morning?

I think my problem is solved. Once a month filter change may need to become every two weeks.

It's not a static thing to change it every two weeks but sometimes necessary. If you want to do that there's no problem but now you know what happens when it's clogged.
