Vaping products

Just saw the Guad Reporter article stating the Feds have disallowed the importation of vaping products, but then said no one seems to be enforcing it. I have a visitor coming who is quitting vaping, but I'm curious how many people in the expat community participate, and if this has affected them at all.

Times have changed. About 10 years ago I drove all over Guadalajara with a friend looking for tinned tobacco for rolling. Never found any, not even at the poshest of tobacconists.

Vaping nicotine seems to be on the decline since reports of people getting lung disease from it. It seems smoking is better for you......lol.

LOL. At least I don't stink of cigarette smoke and I'm not affecting other people's lungs.
On the other hand, the FDA just approved a vaping product put out by Phillip Morris.
This whole mess about vaping products came about because of those people who bought illegally produced THC vaping carts. Those carts contained a product which is a known poison when inhaled. Buyer beware. Been vaping nicotine since 2013. Still kicking.
