Sorry to hear that. I still only use Telmex and  IZZI Cable as a backup.

Our ILOX is working, but not sure if it was down earlier as it is a backup to our Total Play.  We also have TelMex.
In Centro Ajijic near the malecon.

Nope. Decided to keep the ILOX at least for a few months after getting Total Play.

So I called Ilox, and they sent someone over the same day. I had an appointment, so he couldn't finish. He returned the next morning and all is good. There was a broken wire and he repaired it. Impressive service!
