El festival del café, chocolate y vino, es una puesta gastronómica cultural y ancestral de dos granos que caracterizan la riqueza culinaria de México, el CAFÉ Y CACAO. Por otro lado el VINO se ha convertido en un arte que acompaña a la tradición e historia mexicana, es así que en la actualidad se ha ido convirtiendo en un habito de vida saludable. El café desde nuestros antepasados ha conquistado el paladar de millones de personas en el mundo, mientras que el chocolate es una delicia impredecible en variedad.

Por ello en el mes de Enero, FESTIVAL DEL CAFÉ, CHOCOLATE Y VINO trae la oportunidad de poder degustarlos juntos en sus diferentes presentaciones, donde más de 30 emprendedores de Querétaro, Guanajuato, Aguascalientes, san Luis Potosí, Puebla, guerrero, Veracruz ,Estado de México, Chiapas, Oaxaca, CDMX, Chihuahua, Michoacán y Jalisco, hermoso estado que servirá de sede; se reunirán para promover el consumo y las variedad de las culturas cafetaleras y chocolateras de México. The FESTIVAL OF COFFEE, CHOCOLATE AND WINE is a setting for a cultural, ancestral gastronomy of two grains that characterize the culinary richness of Mexico, COFFEE and COCOA. Likewise WINE has become an art that goes along with Mexican history and tradition and represents a healthful style of life. Since our ancestors , coffee has subdued the taste of millions in the world, while chocolate provides a delicious unpredictable variety.

During the month of January the FESTIVAL OF COFFEE, CHOCOLATE AND WINE brings the opportunity of tasting different presentations and where more than 30 enterpreneurs from Queretaro, Guanajuato, Aguascalientes, San Luis Potosi, Puebla, Guerrero, Veracruz, State of Mexico, Chiapas, Oaxaca, Mexico City, Chihuahua, Michoacán and the beautiful state of Jalisco which will act as head office, are getting together to promote the intake and varieties of coffee and chocolate cultures of Mexico.
