Best pre cooked bar b q pork ribs at the Butchery

Will never fix ribs again. Pork ribs in sauce packaged and ready to eat. Just heat and enjoy. Fall off the bone.

How would you compare them to Adelitas?

Last time I had ribs at Adelitas they were so tough could not cut through the meat with a knife. I was asked if I wanted a sharper knife. I said no I want ribs I can eat. A second serving were tender. Another person at the table had semi tough ribs but managed to knaw through them.
The Butchery precooked with sauce in cryovac are far superior than Adelitas.

We've gotten rib deliveries from Adelita's 2x a month for at about a year.  Always fall off the bone tender.  

We order a full rack and get 3 or 4 meals out of them....pulled pork sandwiches with the leftovers.  

I might try the ones at Los 3 Butchery (is that the place you mean?), but we spent a lot of money there for our Xmas splurge, and the steak was tough and other products sub-par.  

Are they making their own ribs, or is this a pre-pack from elsewhere?  If so, brand name?

I have gotten good ribs at Adelitas too but very disappointed this last time. Ribs at Los 3 Butchery are ordered from their supplier. Excellent. We buy the Senora rib eyes. They are very good and have flavor but not as tender as a filet mignon of course. They have imported US meat but $$$ and a lot of fat, not marble through your the meat.

Precooked ribs have sweet bar b q sauce. Not the vinegar mustard kind.
