Long term rental wanted

Husband and I have lived in Chapala since 2009. We really love our home in Chapala Haciendas. Unfortunately our landlord passed away last year and the new owners seem to have no idea what it takes to be a "reliable & trustworthy”  landlord. We are looking for a single story 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with a fenced yard for our two old cats. Rent is negotiable but we are on a fixed income. We always pay our bills utilities etc. on time or before the due date. Our previous landlord told us we were the best tenants he had ever had. The landlord’s widow is still alive and lives in the Chapala area; she can attest to our sincerity. Both of us had banking careers, 30 years and 37 years, respectively.
