Propane cylinder exchange Empty Propane cylinder exchange

I need a propane (LP) cylinder replaced/exchanged.  Any suggestions for an English speaking supplier - driver?

We used to exchange or fill at Zeta on the Carretara through Ajijic. You could exchange or fill. It was cheap. Then we started to get deliveries from Juan at Los Altos for many years. He has an adaptor to fill portable tanks. The last call a few weeks ago, topped our house tank 1,000 pesos, then they filled a BBQ tank- 350 pesos, plus cost of gas! Outrageous. Charcoal and quality firewood is more delicious and inexpensive and green.
