Not a Lakeside restaurant BUT

If you go shopping at Andares in Guadalajara make sure to eat at Moresca about halfway down heading to the Hyatt.
We hadn’t been shopping there since Covid and this restaurant was even better than we remembered. They don’t open until 1:30 so plan accordingly. Probably one of my favorite restaurants. Unusual pizza menu and interesting appetizer selections as well. One of us had Carbonara. I had the bacon and onion pizza with a touch of cream while another got a pizza topped with arugula. Prices are a bit higher but not terrible especially considering the quality.
The menu is kind of clunky but worth checking out.
