Scanned Sign-Documents Legal?

Y'all legal eagles...

Is a scanned signed document considered legal here in Mexico as is a hardcopy signed document?

It would of course be up to whomever you are dealing with; my guess is most Mexican businesses would not entertain doing business this way.

Thanks for the info/link.  

It seems a PDF/JPEG file of signatory's signature meets  UNCITRAL Model Law of Electronic Signatures agreement, of which Mexico is a party of.   But then again as you have suggested, it's up to the specific MX entity.
