WHERE TO PURCHASE A KITCHEN PANTRY or.....

a reliable carpenter or a good wood worker. My kitchen is so small that I can not find a place to store most of my food items, let alone my cooking utensils, dishes etc. So please if anyone can clue me in it would be very much appreciated. Thanks to everyone who responds!

You could always look on Google images for ideas of something you would like made, print it out and show it to a carpenter and ask for a quote, most local carpenters would be happy for the job.

We took a stand alone wardrobe, added shelves instead of hanging space and turned it into kitchen storage.

Go to Riberas. Next to Mom's restaurant is a good woodcrafting shop which can make about anything. Also in riberas there are at least 5 consignment shops where you might find one to fit your needs and it would be a lot cheaper than building a new one.

It is really hard to give you ideas when none of us know what your kitchen currently looks like. In rentals in the past, I have used bookcases for storage in the kitchen... but there has to be room for them. And it also may be time for a good purge of the stuff you have that you are unlikely to be using in the future. Put it on consignment at Kinda Bazaar Kinda Not (next to El Huerto Cafe in Riberas) ... or you may even find the storage unit that you're looking for there.
