Time to renew. New quote for renewal shows 15% increase. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I haven't gotten this year's yet (Aug. renewal) but we insure via S&S Auto and they always offer us 3 company quotes with prices.

Check the valuation of the vehicle that is being insured. It has likely gone up as well due to appreciation of the peso and used car price increases. The vehicle is likely worth more (in pesos) now than it was last year.
