Online Social Security access in Mexico

Hi everyone! Until recently I was able to access the online portal for my Social Security account. For about a month now, I am unable to access the online portal. I do have have a VPN and am hoping someone could give me some advice. I have lived here full time for around 10 yrs with out any problems. Any advice would be appreciated.

I assume you mean the US Social Security system? When you say you can't access it, what does it do?

I emailed social security and they said that the portal is not available in Mexico and hope to have that available in the future. I have been accessing it for years using VPN

I also cleared my cache and deleted browsing data??

i had a problem recently. the consulate in GDL told me to call 001 883 772 1213 they fixed my problem in Mexico it took a long time after connect to get a person so just wait..

For me I cannot connect to the USA Social Security portal when using internet service through TotalPlay. If I access it through TelMex internet, I get through. Sounds wierd, but its true. Been this way for over a year.

I accessed my online social security account today Wed. May 17th at https:// www.ssa.gov/ myaccount/ via Wizz with no VPN.

Same here through iLox, no VPN.

Thought I would test this too. No problems logging in using Totalplay and no VPN.

YAY!!!
It worked on Bing!!
No longer can access through google chrome.

I first noticed the issue of getting on to SSA.gov about three months ago, VPN or no VPN it didn't work.

Tried on my iPhone and it got through right away. That's when I thought of clearing the cache history on my Chromebook.
