Anyone Else Gotten This EMail Today?

I went to my WW meeting and XXXX called. He dislikes the phone and never


calls so I knew it was an emergency. We were going to go into Guad and


spend the night, but his friend - a Guad businessman, called and said the meeting


was off because Guadalajara is NOT SAFE and neither is Ajijic or Chapala!! He said


to stay home for the next couple days as the Zetas (a drug cartel) are planning


something and the Sinaloa cartel will be having a turf war and they are going to


bring in the Mexican military.





I had my hair done this morning and YYYY, who owns the shop came in and said


that the road from Guadalajara had tons of police and military on it and that even she


was stopped and searched and had to show all her papers (and she's Mexican,


but goes back and forth to Guadalajara as her husband is a doctor there.)


Something big is happening, but I'm not sure exactly what."
