Carrot, Granny Smith apple, pecan, crushed pineapple, raisin, coconut flake, cinnamon, vanilla. Also salt, whole grain GF flour, sugar, eggs, canola oil, baking soda, and baking powder. Cream cheese and powdered sugar frosting.
