negative thoughts and your health

It seems many people on this board have this problem. They are always giving us negative comments, or sarcastic comments, putting other posters down to elevate themselves (they think). The funny part is the only people they are hurting are themselves. Those people need to change their attitude and actions to "get with the program"

I am positive that I like this post.

There is a danger to one's health if all topics, comments and duels are taken seriously. Keep in mind that many members of this forum have histories, often going back many years and over numerous forums. Speaking for myself, very few confrontations can be taken seriously. Granted sometimes the humor may be hard to identify!

My mother, too. God, I'm glad she didn't live to be 168, only lived to 72!
