Does anyone kow where we can find ripe red Jalapena.....great for jelly?

Just put them on top of the counter exposed to indirect natural light spread out so air gets between them, directly on top of any hard smooth surface works well. As each one get to the ripeness you want start putting them in the fridge until you accumulate enough to make the amount of jelly you want.

I leave them on the plant til they turn red. That way they dont get tough and leather like. they also have more flavor.
