Puree fresh mango with rice wine vinegar and habaneros to taste. Very easy and simple but very good with chicken, shrimp or pork dishes.

i use this recipe for "hot" wings, but honestly it's not nearly hot enough for me. However, my gringo friends with "sensitive" stomachs seem to like it. So increase the hot sauce as desired.

1 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup hot sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 cup honey

i live in Joco and shop locally so the BBQ sauce i can easily get my hands on is Hunt's Original. And for hot sauce, i use Valentina, which i like but which is not particularly picante.

I have had mole with chicken lots. And mole on wings is also great if you use the spicy stuff. My mother-in-law makes it from scratch.
Yummy yummy in my tummy. Very Happy

I am going to add honey and spice it up. I'll grind up some arbols and maybe add a touch of peanut butter..
