Arturo Birrieria in West Ajijic

We were at the "organic market" at the La Huerta Evento in West Ajijic this morning and I noticed this birrieria on the carretera next to the market when I parked in front of it. I had noticed its sign earlier advertising "con tortilias hechas a mano" and had been meaning to stop there but this time I did as my wife shopped the market. They provided me a sample of their lamb birrieria and it was very good. This is a branch of the birrieria place in Jocotepec with which some of you may be familiar. They typically have both lamb and goat birrieria and their hand made corn tortillas are very good and made to order. I highly recommend this fine, open air restaurant to all of you who have a taste for this great local stew and hand made tortillas.
