SIMPLY THAI Restaurant Review

Seven of us from our Semi monthly Dinner group ate at Simply Thai restaurant last night. We ordered our drinks. Many had 2 x 1 Margaritas available on Monday nights. Some just had one margarita. They are strong and well made. I just had my usual Sprite. Many ordered from their new Special Menu, a few from the regular menu. Two people ordered the Crispy Spring rolls, Sweet and Sour Chicken which comes with Steamed Rice (105 pesos). One person order a side of Crispy Spring rolls with Emerald Chicken Curry. One couple ordered 2 orders of Egg Rolls and Sweet and Sour Chicken and split that order. I cannot remember what the other two ordered.

The food was excellent as usual, plenty to eat at reasonable prices. The ambiance is better than most other restaurants and very clean too. We highly recommend Simply Thai restaurant to everyone. We consider SIMPLY THAI one of the "best" rstaurants in Ajijic. I talked with Thip, the owner, on the way out. She said they were not doing well at all, in fact there were no customers on Sunday. There were 5 or 6 tables filled last night. Please patronize this restaurant! They deserve it.

Simply Thai is definitely one of the best restaurants in town.
