Need dried baby lima beans

I have my Big Daddy smoked turkey leg and now I need the baby limas. I used to get them at Super Lake or El Torito and just checked both places, but no baby dried limas. Very little in the way of dried legumes. Does anyone know where I can get some please?

Perhaps Walmart. They have quite a good selection of dried legumes.

I bought some dried lima beans from a store in Chapala. Can´t remember which one but it is on the main drag, several blocks from the square going away from the lake. It is on the same side of the street as the square.

Thanks, I'll check it out. None in Walmart, although they had lots of beans, no baby limas. I think I know the store you are talking about. I'll check the Granerie tomorrow - they were close today for the holiday. And if they don't have them I'll head to Chapala.

I suggest ful madammas or fava beans with olive oil and other middle eastern ingredients. It´s not great but if you like butter beans you'll like this dish.

I made it with lentils and it was delish.

Are Favas the same as butter beans? Walmart had favas dried. Never worked with them dried before.

Did you check out the gondola across from the cheese section at Superlake, where all the dried things are packaged?
