Has anyone had experience in dealing with Telmex regarding very s l o w Internet speed. Sometimes ours works fine, other times speed is 0.37 MB. We live in Chapala Haciendas 2. Thanks in advance for any insight you can give us.

I called the number on the phone bill & there was an English speaker there. In my case, they said it was at their end & it was resolved in a couple of hours. Your mileage may vary. If that doesn't work try going into the office.
