This place used to be called "Hole in the Wall". Good cheap food, really weird erratic hours. It's 1/2 a block west of Cinco de Febrero, about 5 blocks west of the plaza. It's still there. New taco maestro/owner Francisco (good English) Hours 5-10:30 pm. Closed Wed. 2 excellent pollo tacos and a beer - 29 pesos.
