I will be poaching some of the fantastic WILD mexican prawns/shrimp while I am here. They will then be shocked in an ice bath and enjoyed at my leisure. I usually use Old Bay seasoning. IF Lakeside has it they will be holding a currency exchange, acquisition, etc. weapon to my head. My fallback is to fiddle with "pickling spice". Anybody seen same, and, if so where? That being said, anybody have their own little local solution? Gracias
