Ultherapy available Lakeside?

Ultherapy is a procedure using some kind of laser device to heat the deep tissues under the skin which stimulates collagen production, resulting in a toning and tightening of flesh and skin on face and neck. It is being called a'non-surgical facelift' and is done in a practitioners office in about one hour, no downtime.

Does anyone know if it is available locally and by whom? And if anyone has had it done, could they report on their experience, cost, pain of treatment, results, etc? Has had mixed reviews up north, seems to depend on age and severity of sagginess pre-treatment. Thanks.

I'm wondering how long that lasts, and what happens when it wears off?
Is it like botox, where the person has to redo it fairly often?
