Ye Olde Drug Dealer Here.
I have some PLAVIX 75mg (not generic).
Sixty (60%) of what the pharmacy sells it for in Ajijic.
Also some generic Lipitor, 80mg.
PM me and say "Joe sent me."

Does a Gringo/gringa need a pharmacist license/degree or permit to sell drugs in Mexico?

Build up a customer base before you start worrying about that (assuming you're a gringo/gringa).
First a work permit then a business license.

What I am told is that if it's not a (Schedule II/2?) narcotic and "not for profit," then no license needed.
This is specifically to cover small amounts (you define that) between private parties, etc.

Several unnamed people and one person from Cruz Rojo.
Cruz Rojo legally, when it comes to medication, is no different than an individual and C.R. solicits donations of leftover medications, etc.
If anyone knows different and can quote me chapter and verse, please educate me and I'll flush the meds I don't need.
Thanks.

Uh, please don't flush the drugs. The fish who live in and people who drink that water don't need them either. tx

You're right RoofBo
I was being facetious.
I'll hold them if/until someone wants them.

We give them back to the pharmacy's or to the nursing home when in original bottle and not expired. My wife collects prescription glasses and home aid products and donates to shelters and thrift stores.
As an aside note when she see real fur she donates to animal shelters. She buys leather pants and skirts and sell to artist . Her friend has painted some beautiful pictures on leather.
