Which ATM has the highest withdrawl amount?

I hardly ever use them, but I need a large amount from a NOB account. Scotia only allows $3000

It depends on what YOUR bank limits are on the withdrawal card. Call them and change it to what you need. I went through this crap when I needed cash to bail my hubby out of hospital. I put the limit up to $1500.00 Canadian dollars per day on EACH of our seperate cards for the time I needed it. My card has boodiddleysquat to do with my hubby's card.
The HSBC bank at the Laguna Mall and the Multiva...both are machines that will definitely spit out 15,000 pesos for one service charge, in 500 peso bills, with the greatest of ease.
Remember that there are times when there is limited money in the machines or they want to give it to you all in 50 peso bills and will be unable to fulfill your request.

Yes, you need to see what the limit is on your account set at your bank.

Beyond that, the $3000 limit on the Scotia atm is false. I know it says that on the display, but you can just ignore it. Or at least, I can. I've yanked out waaaaaaaay more than that.

I've taken out 12,000 at Bancomer in Chapala. Depends if there's lots of money in the ATM also.

I routinely have the Scotia ATM beside Domino's dispense 10,000 MX. Ignore the 3,000 message. Some times though, if it is low on cash it will only give out smaller amounts.

And if you take too much at once you jam the machine and risk losing some cash until the bank refunds you 3 months later........

i have never had any problems with the scotia machine. if i take one card,i withdraw 5000 twice and both cards double that, but that's the daily limit we set. the machine says 3000 but will allow more based on what we set with our scotia bank in canada. i have taken out close to $1000 canadian with one card in pesos in one day. it does run out of money sometimes and i merely go back later or the next day. it's the only machine i use here and i have been here 7 years.

The 5K +/- I get out of Banamex is set by my bank. Don't know how high I can go on this end.

Bancomer charged me 70 pesos for a withdrawal and had a limit (correct me if I'm wrong) ... and Banamex, still 29 pesos

I have a $1000 CDN daily limit and have taken $12,000 pesos from the Scotia ATM at once albeit I lost $200 pesos when the machine jammed because the stack was too thick......jajaja.

My bank in the U.S. is not Scotia or any of the major banks., I just used the Scotiabank machine to get cash ...$35.00 for $3000.00 withdrawl.
I am now thinking the limit is set by my bank ,

We have found sometimes it works better to do multiple withdrawls of the machine limit - say 2 x $3000 on the Scotia machine. Depending on your bank arrangements, you may get dinged for two transaction charges but at least the machine doesn't jamb from attempting to withdraw too large a pile of cash and having to fight for any shortages.
