Looking for economical rental

A friend who's an experienced dog and house sitter is looking for a casita to rent. The ones she's been in for eons is being sold. I know she can't go over $400 a month... but she could also be very handy to someone who may need there pets taken care of occasionally.

I know of a lady who is renting out her casita, one bedroom (king bed), 1 & 1/2 bath, nice kitchen, nice grass yard, car port, nice light, washing machine. Completely private with your own entrance and not connected to another dwelling. Within walking distance to town if need be but far away that you aren't bothered by the noise.
