Water in SAT Empty Water in SAT

Is there a problem with the water in San Antonio? The last couple of days I have been unable to get anything but a low stream from the hose, there is no pressure at all. In fact now there is no water coming out at all. Water in SAT 851398

Try watering in the morning when there is enough pressure to run a small sprinkler. I had water at 8 this AM. No water by 10.
