This has to be one of the best restaurants in the area. We don't have a car, so after church on Sunday we hopped on a bus and traveled to San Juan Cosala. Actually, we missed our stop and ended up going all the way into Jocotepec, but we just stayed on the bus and traveled back to our stop. By this time some of the women around us had overheard us talking and gave us good directions, in English and Spanish, to the restaurant. I had read reviews that the Chiles en Nogada was the specialty of the house, so we ordered that and a filet mignon. The food was out of this world, and the Chiles en Nogada have to be the best dish I have ever tasted. Pardon me for being effusive, but it was heavenly. I highly recommend this restaurant. The waitress made salsa, to our taste, at our table. The service was attentive, the food excellent, and more than reasonable prices.
