Those Tiresome Robocalls
For those of you using VOIP telephone service and receiving Robocalls, there is a new free service that blocks those calls:
http://www.nomorobo.com/
As explained in the article which follows, this service doesn't work with traditional landlines because of older technology being used. Article also provides links for cell phone apps that perform a similar service:

Maybe there are apps available for Mexico cell phones? I just took a quick look at the three links provided in the article and they are all Android but do block not only calls but texts too.
