You just got to wonder. On the weekend a lady from Winnipeg Mb was going to Grand Forks ND to shop and was serched by US custom's. They found and conficated a Kinder Suprise Egg claiming it was illegal contraband. A Kinder Egg is a chocolate covered egg with a plastic toy suprise inside. To date they have conficated 25,000 of these eggs. Goverment spending your tax dollars wisely.
